Air-Cooled UV LED Solutions for Fiber Curing Applications
OmniCure AC8225-F and AC8225-F+ UV LED curing systems are specifically designed for fiber curing applications. With a custom optical design and advanced front-end optics, the AC8225-F and AC8225-F+ provide high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity at specific working distances for fast, even curing in fiber coating applications. The AC8225-F provides 12W/cm2 peak irradiance at a 10 to 18mm working distance. To further increase process speeds, the AC8225-F+ system delivers up to 16W/cm2 peak irradiance, and features an optional replaceable outer window assembly for added protection. Both the AC8225-F and AC8225-F+ utilize a patented LED control technology for exceptional uniformity and the ability to adjoin multiple systems while maintaining optical uniformity between each system.
